Walt Brennan started Plumbridge with one van in 1998. Today his daughter Marisol runs a crew of 22 — and still answers the phone on Sunday mornings.

Built on showing up when we said we would
Walt grew tired of watching homeowners get quoted one price and billed another. So he printed his prices on a card and handed it to every customer. That card became our price book, and that price book is still how we work.
We've grown from one van to fourteen, added drain and sewer crews and a dedicated water heater team, but the idea hasn't changed: tell people the price, do clean work, and stand behind it.

Flat prices from a printed book. If the job changes, we stop and ask before the price does.
Respect for your space
Boot covers, drop cloths and a clean-up checklist on every visit. We leave it cleaner than we found it.
