Booked visits on Saturdays cost the same as weekdays. True after-hours emergency calls (7 pm – 7 am, Sundays and holidays) carry a flat $95 dispatch fee, which we tell you before we roll.
Shut off the main water valve (usually where the line enters the house or near the water heater), turn off the water heater if it's leaking, and move valuables out of the way. Our dispatcher will walk you through it on the phone.
Yes. The price in our book covers labor and standard parts for that task. If we find something unexpected — say, corroded pipe behind the wall — we stop, show you, and quote the extra work before doing it.
For water heaters, repiping and sewer work over $1,000, we offer monthly payment plans through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval.
